What this covers
This policy covers the personal information we collect when you join Good Neighbor Rewards, our loyalty program, and the text message we send to confirm your sign-up. This website itself sets no cookies, uses no trackers or analytics, and has no forms.
What we collect
When you sign up on the tablet in one of our stores, we collect:
- your first and last name
- your mobile phone number
- your email address
- whether you chose to receive email offers
When you use your account at checkout, our point-of-sale system records your purchases and points against it.
Why we collect it
- To create and run your Good Neighbor Rewards account, so you can earn and redeem points.
- To text you once to confirm that the mobile number is yours. The account is created only after you reply YES.
- To email you offers, only if you chose to receive them.
Text messages
We send one confirmation text per sign-up, plus replies to HELP or STOP. We do not send marketing text messages. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run the program for us: our text message provider (to deliver the confirmation text) and our point-of-sale system provider (where your account is kept). They may use it only to provide those services to us.
How long we keep it
- If you do not reply YES within 24 hours, or you reply STOP, the sign-up request expires and we delete the details you entered.
- Sign-up records on our own server are cleared of personal details 30 days after the sign-up is completed.
- Your rewards account is kept while it is active. If you ask us to close it, we deactivate it and erase your name, phone number and email from it.
Your choices
- To stop email offers, use the unsubscribe link in any email or contact us.
- To see, correct or delete your information, or close your account, email us or ask at either store.
